Terms & Conditions

  1. Promo is valid from October 8 to 11, 2026, exclusively at Baby Company's Grand Baby Fair at Megatrade Hall, SM Megamall.
  2. To qualify for the promo, customers must either:
    ✓ Pay using a Mastercard Credit Card, via straight payment or installment; OR
    ✓ Present a valid SMAC Blue, SMAC Prestige, or Mom Card upon payment. SMAC Start and expired SMAC or Mom Card membership cards are NOT eligible.
  3. Customers must make a minimum single-receipt purchase of P10,000 at Baby Company's Grand Baby Fair within the promo period.
  4. One (1) FREE Wow Bag per qualified Mastercard Credit Cardholder or eligible SMAC Member only, regardless of the total purchase amount. Using both Mastercard or SMAC membership does not qualify member to receive more than one (1) Wow Bag.
  5. Splitting of transactions for the purpose of redeeming multiple Wow Bags is not allowed.
  6. The Wow Bag must be claimed upon payment of the qualifying transaction and within the promo period. Unclaimed Wow Bags cannot be claimed after the promo period or after the qualifying transaction has been completed.
  7. Wow Bags contents may vary per bag and cannot be exchanged, substituted, or requested based on specific brands, products, or items.
  8. The Wow Bag is not convertible to cash, credit, discount, or any other item.
  9. Mastercard Credit Cardholder or eligible SMAC Member must be personally present during the qualifying transaction. A valid government-issued ID may be requested as proof of identification prior to the release of the Wow Bag.
  10. Baby Company reserves the right to verify the customer's eligibility and qualifying transaction prior to releasing the Wow Bag.
  11. The first 3,000 qualified consumers who meet the purchase requirement during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) Wow Bag. Limited to one (1) gift per qualified transaction, while the allocated quantity lasts.
  12. In case of disputes regarding the promo, the decision of Baby Company Management shall be final, subject to applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
