  1. Promo is valid until August 31, 2026 only.
  2. Customers must spend a minimum single-receipt purchase of ₱8,000 at participating Baby Company branches to qualify.
  3. One (1) FREE Happy Bag per customer only, regardless of the total purchase amount. No split transactions.
  4. The qualifying purchase must be made and fully paid within the promo period.
  5. Happy Bag must be redeemed upon payment of the qualifying transaction and within the promo period.
  6. No membership card is required to avail of the promo.
  7. Promo is not valid for online purchases or transactions made through Baby Company online shops.
  8. Contents of the Happy Bag may vary and are subject to availability.
  9. Happy Bag contents are pre-packed and cannot be exchanged, substituted, or requested based on specific brands/items.
  10. The Happy Bag is not convertible to cash, credit, discount, or any other item.
  11. Baby Company reserves the right to verify transactions and customer eligibility before releasing the Happy Bag.
  12. In case of disputes regarding the promo, the decision of Baby Company management shall be considered final, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
