Which diaper size should I choose?

Tape (Pure Diaper and Play Diaper): NB up to 5 kg, S 4–8 kg, M 6–10 kg, L 9–13 kg. Pants: M 6–10 kg, L 9–13 kg, XL 11–15 kg, XXL from 13 kg. Start with your baby's current weight, then check the waist and legs.

Is the Pure Diaper safe for sensitive skin?

It is dermatologist-tested for sensitive skin by Dermatest® in Germany and rated Excellent. It is screened for 730+ substances, and made without added fragrance, parabens or natural rubber latex. For reactive skin, patch-test a new diaper for 24 to 48 hours.

Should I choose tape or pants?

Choose tape for newborn-stage changes, and pants for active babies from around six months. Pick the size by your baby's weight, not age alone. If there are gaps at the waist or legs the diaper may be too big, and deep marks or a tight waist mean it's time to size up.

Can I use Hoppi products on a newborn?

Yes. The Pure Diaper tape starts at NB (up to 5 kg) with a gentle front notch to protect the umbilical cord, and the 99% Water Wipes are made for newborn and sensitive skin. Talk to your pediatrician if your baby has a skin condition.

Where is Hoppi diaper from?

Hoppi is a Singapore-based baby care brand. Its products are designed with New York moms, and its factories are certified to the ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 manufacturing standards.

What are Hoppi wipes made of?

Silky Flush Wipes are 100% plant-based, plastic-free and unscented, made with EDI-purified water, and are certified flushable (IWSFG/PAS1:2020). 99% Water Wipes are made with 99% natural ingredients, free from fragrance, alcohol, phenoxyethanol, phthalates and parabens, and are 5-Star Dermatest® certified. Only Silky Flush Wipes are flushable.

How long does delivery take?

Online orders arrive within 3 business days in Metro Manila and 7 business days outside Metro Manila, with nationwide delivery. You can also pick up your order for free at curbside, every day except Sundays, 10:00 am to 4:30 pm.

What is the return and exchange policy?

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if an item is defective, damaged, wrong or missing, or not as described. Items must be in original packaging with accessories, and used consumables and hygienic products can't be returned. Refunds come as an e-voucher valid for 30 days (online use only) or a credit card chargeback. Contact Customer Care with your order number and reason.
